• New cohorts begin quarterly and as soon as a full group of selected applicants is confirmed. You’ll be notified within 14–30 days of submitting your application.
• A maximum of 2 employees per company
may receive the scholarship.
• If selected, the grant will cover 85% of the program cost, reducing your investment to €295 (excl. VAT).

Yes — the entire program is conducted online and open to international applicants.
The training has self-study elements that you'll do on your own, while the weekly coaching calls will be virtually in groups. Additionally, you can always book individual 1-on-1 calls with our certified coaches. These private calls are not covered by the grant.
This scholarship is exclusively for HR leaders, Learning & Development managers, and People & Culture decision-makers.
We’ll notify you about future opportunities and you’ll be the first to hear about the next application round.
